We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help!

Returns

• You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the original packaging intact.
• To start a return, please contact us at info@iamnatural.in with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

• Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or supplements)
• Custom or personalized items
• Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at info@iamnatural.in.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or sent in error.
